The Walter Smith Employer Leadership Project is part of a Government strategy to put investment in the design and delivery of training in the hands of employers. The WS-ELP will help more than 350 businesses train and develop their staff by giving them access to both food industry expertise and government investment.
From reading the brief and the types of apprenticeships offered, I wanted to create a brand which represented working with your hands and craftsmanship. I went for a very on trend aged logo and traditional vintage illustrations which would highlight the areas of food the courses cover.
